Safety Regulations and Guidance for Spiral Duct Machines

Spiral duct machine must be carefully read and obey the instructions and warning prompts contained in this manual to avoid damage or personal injury:


Do not operate the spiral duct machine without carefully reading all the instructions and warning prompts in this manual and receiving comprehensive training.


Do not operate the spiral duct machine without wearing sturdy anti-skid gloves. Otherwise, the sharp blades on the metal plate and the edges of the finished round tube can severely cut your fingers and hands.


Do not operate the spiral duct machine without wearing suitable eye protection. During the round tube forming and cutting process, metal pieces or other objects may splash into your eyes. It is recommended that you wear anti-skid and well-ventilated safety goggles or face shields to reduce the risk of eye injury.


Do not use the spiral duct machine near flammable materials or in environments filled with flammable gas, and do not operate the spiral duct machine while wearing work clothes made of flammable materials. Otherwise, the high-temperature sparks generated during cutting may cause fires and harm your body. If your clothes are contaminated with gasoline or other gaseous substances, immediately turn off the machine and change into clean clothes.


Do not touch the rotating or moving parts when the spiral duct machine is operating, as it may cause serious injuries. Do not operate the machine until the protective cover is in place.


Do not perform any maintenance work on the spiral duct machine before closing the main switch.


The spiral duct machine must not operate without supervision.


The functional status of the safety switch and emergency shut-off switch of the spiral duct machine must be regularly checked and tested to maintain sensitive and reliable switches.


Do not open the cover of the distribution cabinet while the main switch of the spiral duct machine is not closed. Once in contact with electricity, it may cause serious injuries or even death. Do not remove any protection or safety devices. When using the spiral duct machine, be sure to adjust the protective facilities according to the diameter of the round tube.


Do not operate the spiral duct machine when tired or under the influence of any external factors (including medication and alcohol), as these factors may impair your vision, hearing, or judgment.


When operating the spiral duct machine, be sure to wear special work clothes. The clothing must be made of thick and flame-resistant materials, and must be close-fitting and ensure unrestricted movement.


Do not wear loose clothing and jewelry when using the spiral duct machine, as it may get caught in the machine. It is absolutely necessary to wear thick and flame-resistant gloves, safety shoes, face shields or safety goggles, and hearing protection facilities. You should also wear a tested safety helmet.
