Troubleshooting and Maintenance of the Steel Sheet Cutting Machine

The steel sheet cutting machine is a machine in which one blade reciprocates the linear motion of cutting plate with another blade. It is widely used in aviation, light industry, metallurgy, chemical industry, construction, ship, automobile, electric power, electric appliance, decoration and other industries to provide special machinery and complete sets of equipment.

The following situations may occur during the use of the machine:

1. Start the steel sheet cutting machine and make some idle runnings to ensure that under normal circumstances, the sheet materials with different thickness are tested from thin to thick. Ensure that the user is familiar with its performance.

2. The clearance of different blade must be adjusted for different plate thickness during the trial cutting. If the corresponding blade clearance is not adjusted, the durability of the blade will be negatively affected.

3. The pressure gauge switch is opened in the shearing process of the plate shears to observe the oil pressure value. The pressure of the 12mm board shears should be less than 20mpa. The pressure of this remote pressure-regulating valve no9 is set at 20-22mpa at the time of delivery,  so the user must comply with this regulation, and shall not increase the pressure for the material beyond the regulation, which will cause damage to the machine.

4. Sound balance during operation. If there is any noise, stop and check.

5. When the steel sheet cutting machine operates, the increase of temperature of the oil tank should be less than 60 degrees, otherwise, close the machine for rest.

Maintenance of the steel sheet cutting machine :

1. Operate in strict accordance with operating rules.

2. Add lubricating oil regularly and quantitatively in the fixed place according to the requirements of the lubrication chart before starting the machine, and the oil shall be clean without precipitation.

3. The machine tool must be kept clean frequently and the unpainted part should be added the anti-rust grease.

4. The lubricating oil in the motor bearing shall be regularly replaced and refilled, and the electrical part shall be checked regularly to see if it is normal, safe and reliable.

5. Regularly check whether the triangle belt, handle, knob and key are damaged, and replace them in time if it is seriously worn, and report to the spare parts for the supplement.

6. Regularly check and repair switches, insurance and handles to ensure their reliability.

7. Lubricate and scrub the machine tool ten minutes before the end of work every day.

8. It is strictly prohibited for the non-designated person to operate the equipment.

Hydraulic pendulum steel sheet cutting machine is in the movement of an arc, while arc blade production is very difficult, which is commonly made mat iron blades after compensation, so the clearance is not accurate,  and sheet metal is not very ideal. Because of the arc movement, the rectangular blade doesn't fit, instead, it should in a sharp angle, so the force of the blade is not ideal, the blade damage is severe.
