The cutting of the duct production line is a test of the worker's proficiency in the use of equipment, and there is no tolerance for sloppy. If workers are not careful during the cutting process, it will cause waste of materials or damage to the equipment. Today, let's take a look what problems should be paid attention to during the processing and cutting of the duct production line:
For dimension marking of ventilation ducts and duct fittings, rectangular ducts are calculated according to the exterior dimension, and circular ducts are calculated according to the external dimension. The thickness of thin steel plate, galvanized steel plate, aluminum plate and stainless steel plate used for ventilation duct is generally in the range of 0.5-1.2mm.
After unfolding, it has little effect on the size, so it can be ignored when unfolding. But for thick-walled ducts and parts with special requirements, when the wall thickness is greater than 1.2mm, the influence of the wall thickness must be considered. That is to say, for circular ducts, the diameter should be calculated based on the middle diameter (outer diameter minus wall thickness or inner diameter plus wall thickness). For rectangular ducts, the expansion is still calculated according to the outer dimensions of the duct.
When thin sheet ducts, duct fittings and parts are folded and blanked, it is necessary to consider the connection mode of thin sheet and whether the interface of air nozzle, duct fittings and parts are equipped with flange so as to leave a certain margin for unfolding and blanking.
