Beading Machine

Beading machine includes 5 lines beading machine (≤1500mm sheet width) and 7 lines beading machine (2000 mm sheet width). With the grooving function, this beading machine usually is used to make HVAC air ventilation duct with material rack, electric shearing machine, Pittsburgh lock forming machine, TDF flange forming machine and manual folding machine(or pneumatic folding machine ) together. The beading machine is better to work on site because the whole machine is easy to move and convenient to operate. The machine consists of 5 rollers (2 upper rollers, 2 lower rollers and 1 smaller roller for adjusting). The sheet material can be galvanized sheet, steel, stainless steel and so on. About operation method, we will send videos for it to customers, and customers can choose the wooden box or not for packaging. Considering that sometimes motor requirement is different in different countries, our company can change the voltage, phase, and Hz for users. About the color of machines, it can be chosen according to customers’ requirement.
