Shearing machine working principle: After shearing, the shearing machine should be able to meet the requirements of straightness and parallelism of the shearing surface of the plate to be cut, and the distortion of the plate should be reduced as far as possible so as to obtain high-quality workpieces. The upper blade of the shearing machine is fixed on the knife rest, and the lower blade is fixed on the workbench. The worktable is equipped with a holding ball to prevent the sheet metal from being scratched when sliding on it. The back stop is used for plate positioning. The pressing cylinder is used to compress the sheet metal to prevent the plate from moving during shearing. Guardrails are safety devices to prevent industrial accidents. Generally, the return journey depends on nitrogen, which has high speed and small impact.
