Notes for Flanged Duct Molding Machine in Use

1. Forming:

①The flange air duct forming machine adopts joint angle bite connection, which strengthens the air tightness of the air duct.

②The air duct is closed by a hydraulic square machine, which effectively guarantees the tightness and tightness of the bite connection, and greatly enhances the aesthetic performance of the air duct.

③The branch pipe and the main pipe are connected by joint biting or the reverse side is riveted with the main pipe by pulling rivets, and the joint is sealed with glass glue to prevent air leakage.

④The connection between the air pipe flange and the flange adopts a special TDC flange angle, which is installed in the flange with an angle setting machine.

2. Sealing:

① The common-plate flange air pipe should be sealed at the flange corners and the connection between the branch pipe and the main pipe. When using the flanged duct forming machine, the low-pressure duct should be sealed at the fold of the duct joint to a distance of 40-50mm into the pipe; the high-pressure duct should also be sealed at the longitudinal bite of the duct and the duct composite part.

② The four flange corners of the common-plate flange duct should be sealed with glass glue to prevent leakage, and the joint corner bite must be sealed with glass glue to prevent leakage at 30mm from the flange corner. The sealant should be installed in the duct The positive pressure side.

③ Flange sealing strips should be installed near the outside of the flange or in the middle of the flange. When the flange sealing strip overlaps on the flange end face, the weight should be 30-40mm.

④ The penetration of the air pipe during the process of air pipe reinforcement, connection and installation should be sealed with glass sealant.
