• Ensure that the working environment of the spiral duct machine is clean and hygienic, without garbage and inflammable and explosive materials.

• Ensure that the environment is dry and prevent moisture, which can cause materials to mold and affect the internal parts of the bending machine.
  

• Make the workshop of the spiral duct machine as spacious as possible because the bending machine is a large-scale equipment and inevitably produces noise. A spacious environment helps to reduce noise output and avoid being noisy.
  

What principles need to be followed when installing an automatic spiral duct machine?

Usually, before installing the spiral duct, the spiral duct machine manufacturer has already prepared how to plan the space and the elevation range of the pipeline to avoid other unnecessary problems. When installing the spiral duct, several principles should be followed:

• Before construction, draw the plan view of each pipeline on a plane according to the requirements of the chief engineer of the equipment. Use a different colored pen for each type of pipeline. Analyze the elevations of all intersections to see if there are any conflicts and solve them before installation. Observe the on-site construction situation. Due to different on-site construction conditions and different connection lengths, the spiral ducts should be connected one by one on the supports, which is the first step.

• When a small-diameter pipe encounters a large-diameter pipe, the pressure is relieved to the unpressurized galvanized spiral duct. Just like the collision between water pipes and air ducts, the water pipes should also rotate. If hot and cold water pipes collide with the drainage pipes, the hot and cold water pipes should be replaced.

• In order to reduce the investment in oval spiral ducts, save space, and lower the floor height, some pipelines without slope can be laid using cross beams.
