What is the Duct Production Line

The air duct production line can be defined as: the whole process of air duct forming is completed independently by a duct manufacturing machine. According to the processing technology of air duct, the popular point is that the whole process from coil cutting to air duct forming is completed by the duct manufacturing machine without interruption and independently. The intermediate process does not need anyone's participation and operation.

A complete air duct production line shall realize the following functions:

Coiling material selection and blanking function: 2-6 coiling materials with different thickness or materials can be selected.

Pressing and leveling function: this function is used to adjust the process before coil processing to prevent waste.

Punching, chamfering and grooving functions: this function can complete the production of air duct installation holes, avoiding the inconvenience caused by later punching.

Cut off function: this function will separate the sheet from the coil for the next processing.

Transmission function: it is convenient for the coil to automatically process the next process.

Undercut: this function realizes the blank holder operation on the sheet metal and makes the joint angle.

Common plate flange forming: this function is the key step of making double-sided common plate flange.

Bending and forming: the last process is completed, and the rectangular air duct with common flange has been formed.

Many people don't know the faults and solutions of the duct manufacturing machine. Here is an example to illustrate the common faults and solutions of the duct manufacturing machine.

1.The uncoiler does not stop or discharge materials. Solution: check whether the photoelectric switch for material inspection on the material support of the air duct production line is damaged or the connecting line is disconnected, the time relay in the uncoiler box is damaged, and check and replace it.

2. The duct manufacturing machine does not lift the knife when punching the small opening. Solution: the solenoid valve may be blocked by sundries, and the machine can be cleaned.

3. The punching die and plate cutter of the air duct production line cannot operate. Solution: check whether the electrical circuit or equipment of the machine is damaged, and replace and repair it in time.
